The proposed pavilion is almost identical to the building completed by Kineton Cricket Club in early 2023, and we intend to use the same supplier for the building construction (Passmores.co.uk). Snitterfield Parish Council have set aside separate funds for the demolition of the existing pavilion, including asbestos removal.
Costs above are exclusive of VAT. Project costs will be settled via the existing charity Snitterfield Playing Field, and we expect to benefit from zero-rating exemption for new community buildings (except for non-qualifying items such as furniture and appliances). This will need to be confirmed before the project commences.
